Working Principle
Power supply outputs electric energy to drive the hydraulic pump, converting electric power into hydraulic pressure power for the scissor lift.
High-pressure oil flows into the lifting cylinder, pushing the piston rod to stretch, and drives the scissor arm to unfold upward to raise the aerial work platform.
The extendable platform adopts independent auxiliary hydraulic circuit to control stretching, expanding the operation area separately without interfering main lifting.
When lowering, the electromagnetic relief valve releases hydraulic oil slowly; the platform’s own weight retracts the scissor frame steadily to avoid sudden drop.
Built-in pressure sensor and overload protection valve cut off oil supply automatically if overloaded, stabilizing the whole hydraulic scissor lift operation.
