Situated in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, the company owns a 6,000 m² modern factory, equipped with 36 internationally advanced production machines. Technology-Driven: Building Strong “Core” Competitiveness in Dock Levelers
Lansheng’s core competitiveness stems from its strong R&D capabilities and continuous technological innovation. The company has established a professional R&D team led by three senior engineers, with expertise covering mechanical design, hydraulic control, and materials science. Each year, the team launches an average of six new products, with several technologies filling domestic industry gaps.
For example, the newly developed three-fold mobile dock leveler uses high-strength alloy materials, offering a load capacity of 8–20 tons and compatibility with various vehicle types. Its hydraulic synchronous lifting system uses intelligent sensors to adjust pressure in real time, ensuring smooth and shock-free loading processes, improving efficiency by 40% compared with traditional equipment.
The company has also introduced a digital production management system to achieve full-process quality traceability, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. Every dock leveler must undergo more than 200 rigorous tests—including load testing, fatigue testing, and salt-spray corrosion testing—to ensure compliance with EU CE certification and international ISO standards.
