LSYZ-8M scissor lift aerial platform features a maximum working height of 10m and 8m platform height with a 450kg main load capacity, equipped with a 0.9m extendable platform that holds an extra 100kg. It comes with foldable guardrails, the folded overall dimension is 2.41×1.18×1.63m for easy passage through elevators and narrow aisles. With 25% max climb capability and Φ381×127mm tires, this 2600kg heavy-duty machine delivers stable movement. Customizable color, CE certified and manufactured in Shandong, China, it is widely applied to factory inspection, venue maintenance, warehouse installation and other indoor & outdoor aerial working projects.

Working Principle

1.The built-in hydraulic station provides oil pressure to drive scissor arms for synchronous lifting of the platform.

2.Electric drive motors power tires with differential steering to realize self-moving on flat ground and slopes.

3.The extending deck is pushed and pulled by a small hydraulic cylinder to expand working area with separate load limit control.

4.Multiple limit sensors monitor height and tilt angle; the machine automatically locks to avoid overload and tipping risks.

5.Integrated electric control system unifies lifting, driving and extension functions for one-button simple operation.

Before delivery, the LSYZ-8M scissor lift is fully cleaned and anti-rust treated. All exposed hydraulic pipes and electrical connectors are fitted with protective sleeves, and vulnerable edges are wrapped with thick foam pads. The whole machine is firmly fixed on a steel-wood base; fumigated wooden frames can be added for sea freight to avoid scratches during long-distance transportation. With a total weight of 2600kg, it fits flat trucks and standard containers perfectly. The foldable guardrail greatly reduces machine height for easy container loading. We provide full-truck delivery for domestic transport and combined sea & land transportation for export. CE certificates, technical manuals and packing lists are attached with cargo to ensure intact delivery.
