Working Principle
1. Using the hydraulic system as the power source, the hydraulic pump outputs pressure oil, which drives the cylinder piston rod to perform linear expansion and contraction motion.
2. The hydraulic cylinder thrust acts on the cross type scissor arm structure, driving the scissor arm to rotate and open around the hinge point.
3. The change in the angle of the scissor arm is directly converted into vertical lifting displacement. When the angle narrows, the platform rises, and when the angle opens, the platform falls.
4. By relying on multi way valves and overflow valves to control the on/off and pressure of the oil circuit, the lifting start stop, speed regulation, and overload protection can be achieved.
5. The landing relies on the pressure relief of the oil cylinder and the smooth descent of the platform's own weight. The limit structure ensures the lifting stroke and avoids overtravel operation.
