Working Principle
1.Electric power supply provides power source
The built-in storage battery outputs stable DC power, supplying energy to walking drive motor and hydraulic pump motor, supporting long-time continuous aerial work without external power cable connection.
2.Hydraulic pump converts electric energy to hydraulic power
After receiving lifting control signal, the drive motor runs the hydraulic pump, pressing hydraulic oil out of oil tank to generate high-pressure hydraulic power as lifting driving force.
3.Hydraulic cylinder drives scissor arm to lift platform
High-pressure oil flows into lifting cylinder to push piston rod extend. The piston force pushes interlocking scissor arms to unfold upward, steadily lifting the working platform to target height.
4.Valve group controls movement and pressure balance
Integrated hydraulic valve set regulates oil flow direction and pressure. It controls platform lifting/lowering speed, cuts oil circuit instantly for emergency stop, and prevents oil backflow to avoid accidental sinking.
5.Walking motor realizes self-propelled movement
