It is mostly caused by friction or loosening of mechanical parts. First, check if the wheel bearings are short of oil or worn. If there is still an abnormal noise after adding lubricating oil, replace the bearings. Check again whether the gearbox of the transmission system is short of oil and whether the gear meshing is abnormal. Finally, check if the screws and tie rods on the vehicle's chassis are loose and tighten them in time.

2.How can the problem of a sudden reduction in the range of an electric transfer vehicle after a full charge be solved if it is not due to battery aging? 

Focus on inspecting the circuits and accessories. Check if the battery connection wires are loose or oxidized. Clean the oxide layer and tighten the joints.
