Working Principle


1.The principle of hydraulic lifting adjustment: The manual hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic oil to be delivered to the lifting cylinder, pushing the cylinder to extend and contract to lift and lower the bridge platform. Combined with the check valve and anti-settlement device, the height of the platform is precisely locked to achieve seamless connection with different carriages.

 2. Folding and retracting linkage principle: Relying on multiple sets of hinges and limit clips to form a linkage folding structure, during retracting, the three sections of the bridge body are successively folded and returned to their original positions through the cooperation of hydraulic push rods and manual assistance, and the clips automatically lock and fix them. When unfolding, unlock the clips. The bridge body gradually extends with the hydraulic thrust to ensure a smooth connection of each section. 

3. Working principle of load-bearing support: During operation, the mobile wheels are retracted, the extendable support legs are lowered and placed against the ground. The load-bearing capacity of the bridge body is evenly transmitted to the ground through the main beam and support legs. FAQ


1.Question: After the three-fold bridge is unfolded, there are steps at the junction of the platform and the vehicle compartment. Forklifts are prone to wheel damage when passing through. How should this be adjusted? 

Response: First, fine-tune the height of the bridge body through a hydraulic pump to ensure that the platform surface is completely flush with the height of the carriage. If there is a height difference at the connection due to the wear of the hinge, replace the worn hinge pin shaft and correct the steel plate at the connection. If necessary, install wear-resistant transition rubber strips at the connection edge to eliminate the step gap and ensure the smooth passage of the forklift.

2.Question: After the equipment has been in use for a period of time, the lifting speed of the platform surface slows down during hydraulic lifting, and there is no improvement even when it is unloaded. What could be the reason for this?

Response: The main issues are excessive impurities in the hydraulic oil blocking the oil passage or poor oil suction by the hydraulic pump. First, replace the hydraulic oil filter element and clean the hydraulic pipelines. Completely replace the deteriorated hydraulic oil in the oil tank with the same type of anti-wear hydraulic oil. At the same time, check whether there is any debris blocking the oil inlet of the hydraulic pump. After cleaning, the normal lifting speed can be restored.

3.Question: After outdoor use, if rust appears on the folding part and the closing resistance increases, how should it be handled? 

Response: First, use sandpaper to remove rust from the folding hinges and pins. After cleaning thoroughly, spray anti-rust primer and topcoat. Apply lithium-based grease to all moving parts, with a focus on lubricating hinges, pins and clamps. After subsequent outdoor use, promptly clean the rainwater and dust off the surface of the equipment and carry out regular anti-rust maintenance to reduce resistance.

4.Question: When towing and moving, the connection part between the towing rod and the chassis shakes severely, and even abnormal noises occur. How can this be solved? Response: First, check whether the connecting pin shaft between the traction rod and the chassis is worn and whether the fixing bolts are loose. Tighten the loose bolts and install anti-loosening nuts. If the pin shaft is worn, replace it directly. Then, install wear-resistant rubber bushings at the connection points to reduce the shaking and friction caused by direct metal contact and eliminate the abnormal noise problem from the root.

5.Question: After the equipment is under heavy load operation, the folding snap shows slight deformation and cannot fully lock the folding section. How should this be handled? Response: Immediately stop using it. Use professional tools to cold calibrate and correct the deformed snap to restore the accuracy of the locking structure. If the snap spring is subjected to uneven force due to deformation, replace it with a matching high-elasticity spring. For subsequent operations, overloading is strictly prohibited. When folding, push and snap gently to avoid deformation of the snap due to violent operation.
