Electric track flatcar is a core equipment for short-distance heavy object transfer in industrial scenarios. It is also known as track flatcar or cross-span car. It operates automatically relying on track guidance and electric drive. Working Principle

1.Power drive principle: The power supply system such as the battery and low-voltage track provides electrical energy to the motor. The motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. After the speed is reduced and the torque is increased through the reducer, it drives the wheels to rotate, providing the power source for the flat car to run on the track and achieving the movement and transfer of heavy objects. 

2. Track guidance principle: The wheels of the flat car are precisely matched with industrial-specific I-shaped tracks. By taking advantage of the limit and guiding functions of the tracks, the traveling direction of the flat car is restricted to prevent deviation. At the same time, in combination with the anti-slip design of the wheels, it ensures that the flat car can travel stably on both straight and turning tracks, achieving precise positioning. 

3. Control operation principle: Operation instructions are sent through remote control, line control or automated interlocking control systems. After the instructions are transmitted to the electrical control box of the flat car, the electrical control system adjusts the motor's speed and forward and reverse rotation to achieve operations such as starting, stopping, speed regulation and reversing of the flat car. Some intelligent models can be programmed to achieve fixed-point start and stop, and automatic round trip. 

4. Braking protection principle: During driving, soft braking is achieved through the electronic control system. In case of emergency, the emergency braking device can quickly cut off the power and lock the wheels. At the same time, combined with the frictional resistance of the track, the flat car can come to a smooth stop within a short distance, preventing the displacement of goods and the collision of equipment due to inertia

1.Question: What parameters are required for non-standard customized track flatcars? 

Answer: Core parameters need to be provided: rated load capacity, length, width and height of the platform surface, track spacing, transportation distance in the workshop, on-site power supply conditions. If there are special requirements (such as explosion-proof, lifting, turning), they also need to be explained simultaneously. We can precisely customize and adapt solutions

2.Question: How is the range of the battery-powered track car and how is it charged? 

Answer: After a regular battery is fully charged, it can run continuously for 8 to 12 hours, which is suitable for the daily operation requirements of the workshop. It supports both regular plug-in charging and fast charging methods. Additionally, a spare battery can be customized to achieve seamless battery swapping without disrupting production

3.Question: How can the problem of track flatcar moving off course be solved? 

Answer: First, check the fit between the wheels and the track, and adjust the wheel alignment bolts to correct the track width. Check the flatness of the track installation again and correct the track deviation. Finally, check the synchronization of the drive system and adjust the motor speed to be consistent to solve the problem

Answer: It supports speed regulation. The standard configuration is 0-20m/min stepless speed regulation.
