Working Principle


1.Overall movement principle: The entire machine integrates heavy-duty universal wheels and traction hooks. Before operation, the extendable outriggers are retracted and locked. Relying on the rolling of the wheel set, it can be directly pushed by human power or pulled by a simple trailer. During the transfer process, the machine body maintains a stable integrated structure and there is no risk of component loosening. 

2. Hydraulic lifting principle: It is powered by a manual/electric hydraulic system. By controlling the hydraulic valve to adjust the oil pressure, the lifting cylinder is driven to extend and contract, driving the work platform to achieve stepless lifting and lowering. Combined with the height scale on the side of the platform, it precisely matches the height of different truck platforms, completing seamless connection. 

3. Stable support principle: After the platform is connected, lower the extendable anti-tilt legs. Independently adjust the height of each leg to make them vertically press against the ground, transferring the overall load of the equipment from the wheel set to the ground, distributing the load and offsetting the impact force during forklift operation, preventing the machine body from tilting or sliding. 

4. Safety locking principle: After the tabletop is adjusted to the specified height, the hydraulic lifting system is locked through a mechanical safety lock to prevent the tabletop height from shifting due to changes in oil pressure during operation. At the same time, the anti-slip patterned countertop increases friction, and in combination with the stable support of the outriggers, it ensures the full safety of the forklift and the passage of goods throughout the process.
