1.Manual hydraulic working principle
Ascending process: Shake the rocker of the hydraulic pump. The pump body will press the hydraulic oil from the oil tank into the lower end of the lifting cylinder. The hydraulic oil will push the piston upward, raising the bridge plate as a whole until the lip plate matches the height of the truck body floor.
Descent process: Open the unloading valve of the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic oil in the cylinder flows back to the oil tank. The bridge plate descends slowly under its own weight. The descent speed can be controlled by adjusting the opening degree of the unloading valve to ensure smoothness.
Stable support: Before operation, lower the support legs on both sides, adjust the height of the support feet to make them close to the ground, distribute the load on the bridge body, and prevent the bridge body from shaking or tilting during forklift operation.

1.Question: How to deal with the situation where the three-fold structure is stuck and not smooth when closing or unfolding?
Response: First, clean the debris and debris from the hinges, pins and folding clips, and then apply lithium-based grease to each moving pin. If the jamming occurs, correct the deformed part, replace the worn spring. If the hydraulic push rod is not synchronized, drain the air in the oil circuit and replace the sealing ring to restore smooth operation
2.Question: What causes the equipment to shake and tilt when it is in operation? How to solve it?
Response: The core issue is that the support and fixation are not in place. First, make sure the support legs are fully in place, the foot pads are not worn, and lock the brake of the moving wheels. If the lead screw is stripped, replace the adjusting lead screw and install an anti-loosening nut. If the chassis is deformed, it must be professionally corrected. It is strictly prohibited to carry out loading and unloading operations before it is fixed in place.
3.Question: When moving, it is difficult to push and the steering is not flexible. Which parts should be inspected?
Response: Prioritize the inspection of the bearings of the moving wheels (apply grease if lacking oil and replace if damaged) and the tire pressure (replenish the tire pressure and replace the worn tires).
