Working Principle

1.Positioning and alignment: Move the loading ramp to the operation point to precisely connect with the truck and container ports. 

2.Height adjustment: Operate the hydraulic system to fine-tune the ramp height, eliminate the height difference, and ensure smooth passage. 

3.Safety lock: Lock the hydraulic system and tighten the fixed chain to firmly lock the dock ramp and prevent slippage. 

4. Loading and unloading passage: After the ramp is formed, forklifts can smoothly enter and exit the vehicle compartment, completing the loading, unloading and transfer of goods.
