The For Portable Dock Ramp Sales is a compact derivative of the mobile loading bridge. It adopts a folding structure of the main bridge and a single-section auxiliary bridge. After folding, its volume can be reduced by more than 50%, balancing flexible mobility and space utilization. I. Classified by power drive mode
Manual hydraulic two-folding loading bridge: Powered by a hand-cranked hydraulic pump, it does not require an external power supply. The bridge deck can be raised and lowered by manually turning the rocker. It is simple to operate and easy to maintain, and is suitable for temporary loading and unloading points without power supply conditions.
Electric-hydraulic two-fold loading bridge: Equipped with a micro motor and a hydraulic pump station, it can be lifted and lowered with one click. The lifting speed is 3 to 4 times faster than the manual model, and the operation efficiency is higher. It is suitable for high-frequency loading and unloading scenarios in narrow Spaces with power supply.
2.Classified by load-bearing capacity grade
Lightweight two-fold loading bridge: With a load capacity of 3-5 tons, it is made of lightweight carbon steel/aluminum alloy and has the lightest self-weight. It can be easily pushed and transferred by hand and is suitable for loading and unloading small items such as express packages and light household appliances.
Medium-sized two-fold loading bridge: With a load capacity of 5-8 tons, the main bridge frame is thickened and reinforced, and the hinges and support legs are strengthened. It takes into account both portability and load-bearing capacity, and is suitable for loading and unloading small and medium-sized pallets, as well as daily necessities such as rice, flour, and oil.
Working Principle
1.Folding, unfolding and locking: Loosen the lock clips of the bridge body, pull out the safety pin, pull the telescopic rod to flip the folding secondary bridge upwards to be level with the main bridge, re-pin and tighten the clips to ensure seamless connection of the bridge body, lower the adjustable support legs and keep them close to the ground to ensure the stability of the operation.
2. Hydraulic lifting adjustment: For the manual version, the hand-cranked pump is turned to pressurize the hydraulic oil, pushing the piston of the oil cylinder to lift the bridge plate. Open the unloading valve, the hydraulic oil flows back, the self-weight of the bridge slab slowly drops, and it precisely overlapped with the truck body. The electric model is driven by a motor to operate the hydraulic pump, allowing for one-click lifting and lowering, which is more efficient.
3. Storage Reset: After the operation is completed, first raise the bridge plate to the lowest height, retract the support legs, then release the clips in sequence, pull out the pins, fold the secondary bridge down to fit the main bridge, fasten the storage lock, and it can be pulled or manually pushed to the storage area.

FAQ
1.Question: Abnormal noises occur at the connection of the folding section during operation, with obvious metal friction sounds. How can this be investigated and resolved?
Response: First, clean the dirt and debris on the hinges and pins at the connection points. Check if the pins are worn and thinned and if the bushings are aged. Replace the worn pins and bushings and then add lithium-based grease. If the abnormal noise is caused by the collision of steel plates at the connection point, install wear-resistant rubber gaskets and adjust the splicing gap to avoid direct contact and friction of metals.
2. Question: The equipment can be raised and lowered normally when unloaded, but it cannot be raised when fully loaded, and even the platform surface sinks. What could be the reason for this? Response: The core issue is insufficient pressure resistance in the hydraulic system. First, check if the hydraulic pump is worn out, causing pressure attenuation. Then, inspect or replace the high-pressure hydraulic pump. Check again whether the sealing ring of the oil cylinder is damaged, causing internal leakage under heavy load. Replace it with a high-pressure wear-resistant sealing ring and at the same time replenish an adequate amount of the same model of anti-wear hydraulic oil to ensure there is no leakage in the oil circuit.
3. Question: The moving wheels get stuck when turning and even cannot rotate 360 degrees, only being pushed in a straight line. How should this be handled?
Response: Prioritize cleaning the mud, sand and debris inside the bearings of the moving wheels, and apply high-temperature grease to the bearings. If the bearings rust or the balls are damaged, replace the assembly directly. Check again whether the connection part between the wheel frame and the chassis is deformed. Correct the deformed wheel frame and adjust the spacing to ensure there is no jamming when turning. At the same time, clear the ropes and debris entangled on the wheel surface.
4. Question: After folding, the folding clasp can be fastened, but during bumpy transportation, the clasp tends to spring open, causing the folding section to loosen. How can this be solved?
Response: First, check whether the elasticity of the locking spring of the snap has declined and replace it with a high-elasticity reset spring. Re-correct the deformed part of the lock hook of the snap, adjust the spacing of the lock slots to ensure that the depth of insertion is sufficient after the snap is locked. At the same time, install anti-disengagement pins for the snap, and insert them tightly before transportation to completely avoid loosening due to jolts.
5.Question: The anti-slip pattern on the countertop is not severely worn, but slight slippage still occurs during forklift operation, especially in rainy or low-temperature environments. How should this be handled?
Response: First, clean the grease and water stains on the countertop. Thoroughly clean the countertop with a degreaser and keep it dry. If there is slight rust on the countertop, after grinding to remove the rust, spray an anti-slip and wear-resistant coating.
