Working Principle


1.The principle of hydraulic lifting adjustment: Hydraulic oil is delivered to the hydraulic cylinder by a hand-cranked oil pump, which pushes the piston rod to extend and contract, driving the bridge body to rotate around the hinge point, achieving precise adjustment of the bridge deck height. By reversing the handle, the oil can be returned to lower the bridge, adapting to the height differences of different truck bodies. 

2. Folding and storage linkage principle: The main and secondary sections of the bridge body are connected by movable hinge shafts. After the lifting system is reset, by unlocking the folding fixed clips, the double-section folding can be quickly completed by using the bridge body's own structural counterweight, and the movable wheels and support feet can be linked and closed to reduce the overall volume. 

3. Load-bearing support force principle: During operation, lower the anti-slip support feet and lock the brakes. The bridge body forms a triangular stable force structure of "ground - support feet - truck compartment". The main beam and thickened steel grating disperse the load of forklifts and goods, achieving stable load-bearing and passage under heavy loads.

1.How much space does a two-fold mobile loading bridge occupy when folded? 

The equipment adopts a double-stage folding structure. After folding, the overall length can be reduced to about half of the original bridge body. The conventional models of different tonnages occupy approximately 2-3 square meters after folding, which is only 1/5 of the traditional fixed loading bridge. It can be easily stored in narrow warehouses and small logistics points. 

2.Is an external power supply required during operation? Is the later maintenance complicated? 

No external power supply is required. The entire process is completed through a hand-cranked hydraulic system for lifting and adjusting. Even those with no prior experience can quickly get started. Daily maintenance only requires regular checks of the hydraulic oil level, application of lubricating oil at the hinge points, and cleaning of debris on the anti-slip steel grating.
