It is installed and fixed to the edge of the loading platform and can precisely adjust the height of the platform surface through a hydraulic system, seamlessly connecting to the cargo compartments of various freight vehicles. Suitable for forklifts to pass through without obstacles all day long. The equipment is mainly made of high-strength manganese steel, equipped with thickened anti-slip worktops, anti-collision buffer devices and a stable hydraulic lifting system. Working Principle


1.structural features

The bridge body, hand-cranked/electric hydraulic pump station, traction rod, universal wheels and support legs are integrated into one unit. There is no need to disassemble them. They can be moved by dragging

2.Positioning and support:Use the towing rod to drag the loading bridge to the rear of the truck, lower the adjustable support legs on both sides, rotate the support feet to keep them close to the ground, distribute the load on the bridge body, and prevent it from tilting and shaking during operation

2.Lifting and lowering adjustment logic

Manual hydraulic type: By turning the hand-cranked pump, the hydraulic oil is pressurized and enters the cylinder, pushing the bridge plate to rise. Open the unloading valve, the hydraulic oil flows back, the bridge plate descends slowly, and the carriage is precisely overlapped.

Electric hydraulic model: Press the lifting button, and the motor drives the hydraulic pump to complete the automatic lifting, which is more efficient. Equipped with an overflow valve to limit the maximum pressure and prevent overload damage to the equipment.

FAQ.

1.Question: After the fixed installation, if the hydraulic table surface cannot be locked when lifted to the specified height and falls back as soon as the hand is released, how should it be handled? 

Response: The core issue is the failure of the seal of the hydraulic anti-settling valve/check valve. First, close the main valve of the hydraulic system, disassemble and clean the valve core of the anti-settling valve, remove impurities and check the wear of the valve seat. Replace the worn valve seat and sealing ring. Check again for any internal leakage in the hydraulic oil circuit, tighten the loose joints, ensure that the locking components are tightly sealed, and the worktable can be stably fixed at the specified height.

2.Question: When the vehicle is parked, the anti-collision rubber strips on the bridge body are severely damaged, and the connection between the platform and the cargo platform is loose. How can this be solved? 

Response: First, replace the thickened wear-resistant anti-collision rubber strip with a double fixation of bolts and adhesive to enhance impact resistance. Check the embedded bolts connecting the platform surface and the cargo platform again. Tighten the loose bolts and install anti-loosening nuts. If the embedded base is loose, re-pour concrete to reinforce the base to ensure that the bridge body is seamlessly connected to the cargo platform and is stable without any looseness.

3.Question: The hydraulic lifting speed fluctuates between fast and slow. It gets stuck when under heavy load but operates normally when empty. Which parts should be inspected? 

Response: Prioritize checking whether the pressure of the hydraulic pump meets the standard. If the pressure is insufficient under heavy load, repair or replace the hydraulic pump. Check again whether the hydraulic oil filter element is clogged. Replace the clogged filter element and clean the oil circuit, and replenish the same type of anti-wear hydraulic oil. At the same time, check whether there is internal leakage in the lifting cylinder, replace the damaged cylinder sealing ring, and ensure stable oil supply and pressure resistance.

4.Question: After working for a period of time, the platform surface becomes tilted, with one side higher and the other lower. The forklift is prone to bumpy passage. What could be the reason for this? 

Response: It is mostly due to the asynchronous extension and retraction of the double-sided lifting cylinders or deformation of the support structure. First, completely expel the air in the hydraulic pipeline, check whether the oil supply pipeline of the cylinder is blocked, and clean the impurities in the pipeline to ensure uniform oil supply. Check again whether the bottom support crossbeam of the bridge body is deformed, professionally correct the deformed parts, reinforce the support structure, and ensure the level of the platform surface.

5.Question: The anti-slip pattern on the countertop is severely worn. When the forklift passes under heavy load, it slips, and the edge of the countertop is deformed and lifted. How should this be handled? 

Response: Immediately cease heavy-load operations, weld anti-slip patterns on the worn anti-slip countertop, or directly replace the steel plate of the anti-slip countertop with a thicker one. Flame correction and reinforcement welding should be carried out on the deformed edges of the countertop. Before the operation, anti-slip pads should be laid on the countertop to assist in anti-slip. Regularly check the wear of the countertop in the future and maintain it in time to avoid the risk of slipping.
