Manual hydraulic three-fold model:
1.Ascending process: By turning the rocker of the hand-cranked hydraulic pump, the pump body pressurizes the hydraulic oil and delivers it to the lower end of the lifting cylinder. The high-pressure oil pushes the piston upward, driving the three sections of the bridge body to rise synchronously until the lip plate height is slightly higher than the floor of the truck body.
2. Descent process: Slowly open the unloading valve of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil in the cylinder flows back to the oil tank. The bridge body descends slowly under its own weight. The descent speed is controlled by adjusting the opening degree of the unloading valve, and eventually the lip plate is tightly overlapped with the floor of the carriage (overlap length ≥100mm).
3. Safety protection: Equipped with a small hydraulic lock to prevent the bridge from falling due to oil pipe burst. The surface of the bridge deck is made of anti-slip patterned plates, and anti-collision rubber strips are installed at the edges to reduce the risk of forklift collisions.

FAQ
1.Question: After the three-fold structure is unfolded, it cannot be precisely locked. Even a slight push causes displacement. How should this be handled?
Response: First, check whether the positioning lock clips of each folding section are stuck and whether the springs have failed. Clear the debris in the lock clip slots and replace the worn springs to ensure that the lock clips are fully engaged. Check again whether the locating pins at the connection points of the folding sections are in place. If they are loose, reinsert them tightly and install anti-loosening retaining rings to prevent displacement during operation.
2.Question: When the hydraulic lifting system is in operation, the platform surface shows a tilt with one side higher and the other lower, and it cannot remain level. Where should it be checked?
Response: The core issue is that the extension and retraction of the double-sided hydraulic push rods are not synchronized. First, completely expel the air in the hydraulic pipeline, check if the push rod sealing ring is damaged or leaking oil, and replace the damaged sealing ring. Check again whether the valve core of the lifting control valve is stuck. Disassemble and clean the valve core to ensure uniform oil supply in the oil circuit and synchronous extension and retraction of the push rod.
3.Question: After folding, the entire device is skewed, and the folded sections cannot fully adhere, which affects storage and movement. What is the reason for this?
Response: It is mostly due to excessive wear clearance of the folding hinge pin shaft or deformation of the limit block. First, replace the worn hinge pin shaft and apply grease to the new pin shaft. Correct the deformed folding limit blocks again, adjust the limit spacing, and ensure that each folding section fits precisely and returns to its original position neatly when folding.
4.Question: There is a gap at the junction of the platform and the cargo box during operation. The forklift may experience bumpy passage or even get stuck. How can this problem be solved?
Response: First, fine-tune the height of the platform through the hydraulic system to make it completely flush with the height of the carriage. If the anti-slip plate at the edge of the countertop is worn and lifted, replace the anti-slip plate and reinforce it. At the same time, anti-slip transition pads should be laid at the connection points to eliminate gaps and ensure the smooth passage of forklifts.
5.Question: After the equipment has been idle for a period of time, the hydraulic table surface shows a slow sinking situation. How should it be handled?
