Working Principle
After the equipment is fixed on the platform and the ground foundation by pre-buried or expansion bolts, the operator controls the manual hydraulic handle on the side of the equipment, which drives the manual hydraulic pump to operate and generate hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is pushed into the hydraulic cylinder. The oil pressure pushes the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to extend, driving the front connecting plate to rotate around the fixed hinge point as the axis to complete the lifting and lowering. It can achieve a large range of height adjustment of 0.6 - 1.8 meters, and also complete a fine adjustment of 1 - 5 cm. It precisely fits the height of different truck compartments. After leveling is completed, the one-way pressure holding valve of the hydraulic system automatically seals the oil circuit to prevent the return of oil, and at the same time, the mechanical limit tongue automatically tightens and fixes the connecting plate. The dual locking ensures a stable and seamless connection between the connecting plate and the platform and the truck compartment. When the forklift is fully loaded for operation, the integrated main beam evenly distributes and vertically transmits the load to the ground foundation. There are no stress concentration points throughout the process, ensuring smooth operation. After the loading and unloading operations are completed, by pulling the manual pressure relief valve of the equipment, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank by the weight of the connecting plate, and the piston rod simultaneously retracts.
