1.Can the two-fold mobile loading bridge be directly transported by forklift after being folded? 

It can be directly transported by forklift. A dedicated forklift slot is reserved at the bottom of the bridge. After folding and locking, insert the forklift's forks into the slot for smooth transportation without additional binding. This is suitable for the short-distance equipment relocation needs within the warehouse. Please note to maintain a uniform speed during transportation and avoid sudden stops and turns.

2.What causes the hydraulic lifting speed to slow down during use and how can it be solved? 

The main reasons are insufficient hydraulic oil, excessive impurities or blockage of the oil inlet of the hydraulic pump. First, check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank and replenish the original factory-specific hydraulic oil to the standard mark. If the oil is turbid, replace it with new oil in time and clean the oil tank. At the same time, clean the impurities on the oil filter screen of the hydraulic pump. After unblocking the oil passage, the lifting speed can return to normal.

3.What are the differences in usage and storage between the two-fold model and the three-fold model? 

The two-fold model has a simpler structure, fewer opening and closing operation steps, and a lower failure rate, making it suitable for scenarios where storage is frequently unfolded. After folding, its length is approximately half of that in the working state. Compared with the three-fold model, it takes up slightly more space, but the overall rigidity of the bridge body is stronger. 4.After being used outdoors for a period of time, if the bridge body shows signs of paint peeling and rusting, how should it be dealt with and prevented?  

First, grind and remove the rust from the rusted area to its original metallic color. After cleaning the floating dust, spray anti-rust primer and then apply a wear-resistant topcoat of the same color as the bridge body. Daily prevention can be carried out by regularly inspecting the paint surface of the bridge. If paint peeling is found, it should be repainted in time. When not in operation, the equipment should be moved to a rainproof area or covered with a waterproof and dustproof cover.

5.After the loading bridge connects to the truck, there is a slight height difference between the bridge deck and the truck compartment. How should it be adjusted?

Loosen the screw fixing nuts, rotate the screws to slightly raise or lower the bridge deck until it is flush with the carriage surface, and then tighten the nuts.
