It adopts 24V 4.5kW lifting and driving motor, featuring 3.5km/h moving speed and 25% climbing capacity. The main platform measures 2635*1280mm with a 0.9m extendable deck, whole machine length 2855mm and total weight 3400kg. It takes 80 seconds to fully rise and 90 seconds to lower, equipped with Φ381×127mm solid tires. Working Principle

This self-propelled scissor lift relies on hydraulic transmission and electric control to realize walking and lifting operations, with its working process divided into 5 core parts:

Power supply output: The 24V battery supplies power to the 4.5kW lifting and driving motors to provide energy for the whole machine.
1.Walking driving principle: The drive motor transmits power to the solid tires, enabling 3.5km/h traveling speed and supporting 25% slope climbing.
2.Hydraulic lifting drive: The lifting motor drives the hydraulic pump to output pressure oil, pushing the scissor arms to unfold and lift the platform upward.
3.Descending control logic: Open the hydraulic relief valve to release oil pressure, and the platform slowly drops at a constant speed under self-weight.
4.Auxiliary balance control: The extended platform and heavy body weight cooperate to keep the machine balanced during all lifting and moving processes.
