Working Principle

1.The hydraulic pump driven by power unit outputs high-pressure oil to provide lifting power for the whole machine.

2.High-pressure oil enters the hydraulic cylinder to push the piston rod, driving the scissor arms to unfold and lift the platform upward.

3.Adjust oil flow via control valve to control lifting speed, stop oil supply to lock the platform at any required height.

4.Open the unloading valve to release hydraulic pressure, the platform’s own weight retracts cylinders and folds scissor arms for descent.

5.Built-in hydraulic anti-drop valve cuts off oil instantly if pipelines break, preventing sudden platform falling to guarantee safety.
