Working Principle

1.Power output principle: The electric model is powered by a battery to drive the motor, while the fuel model outputs power through the combustion of the engine. The power is precisely regulated by a speed control device to provide a stable and adjustable power source for the vehicle's operation, meeting the requirements of different loads and driving speeds. 

2. Transmission and driving principle: Power is transmitted to the drive wheels through the gearbox and drive shaft. In conjunction with the differential, synchronous/differential rotation of the wheels is achieved. Combined with a sensitive steering mechanism to control the Angle of the steering wheels, the vehicle can move forward, backward and flexibly turn, ensuring smooth driving in both narrow Spaces and open areas. 

3. Load-bearing operation principle: The working platform is composed of a high-strength load-bearing frame and anti-slip panels. The optimized load-bearing distribution design of the chassis evenly distributes the weight of the materials throughout the vehicle. Combined with wear-resistant load-bearing wheel sets, it reduces the deformation of the vehicle body and the wear of the wheel sets under heavy loads, achieving smooth transportation of heavy materials.

1.What does the customized service for transfer vehicles include? Is it necessary to add extra construction time? 

Customization includes load grade, body size, control method, safety configuration, additional functions (such as installing guardrails/lifting platforms), etc., which can be adjusted as needed according to the working scenario. Customized models will have a slightly longer production period than standard models. The specific time depends on the extent of the customization changes. Simple adjustments will take approximately 1 to 3 working days. For complex customizations, the production period will be clearly stated in advance and informed

2.What checks need to be done before a transfer vehicle is put back into use after being idle for a long time? 

A comprehensive inspection is required before reactivation: ① Battery/fuel/hydraulic oil: For electric models, measure the battery voltage; for fuel models, check the oil level and the expiration date of the oil; for hydraulic models, investigate whether the oil is leaking or deteriorated. ② Circuit/Oil circuit: Check whether the line joints are oxidized and whether the oil circuit is blocked. ③ Walking and braking: Test the tires and the braking sensitivity to ensure there is no jamming or loosening. Only when there are no abnormalities can the operation be started.

3.When a transfer vehicle is equipped with a loading bridge and fails to connect to the operation surface of the transfer vehicle, how should it be debugged? 

First, check the parking positions of the boarding bridge and the transfer vehicle to ensure they are horizontally aligned without any deviation. Then, the height of the bridge body is fine-tuned through the hydraulic system of the loading bridge to ensure that the bridge body's ramps are in perfect contact with the working surface of the transfer vehicle without any height difference. Finally, check whether the support legs of the loading bridge are fully on the ground. After ensuring they are firmly fixed, proceed with the docking and transfer operation

4.What could be the reasons for a fuel transfer vehicle experiencing insufficient power? 

The main common causes are: ① The fuel filter element is clogged, resulting in poor fuel supply; ② Dust accumulates in the air filter element, resulting in insufficient air intake. ③ Aged spark plugs (for gasoline models) or clogged fuel injectors (for diesel models); ④ The clutch plates are worn (manual model), and the power transmission is insufficient. You can check and repair them one by one in this order.
