Self propelled: Equipped with a power system and walking wheels, it can be remotely controlled for lifting and moving, without the need for external traction, and can flexibly adapt to multi site operations.

Traction type: without autonomous walking power, requiring external traction to transfer the site, with low cost, suitable for high-frequency operations in fixed areas.

Fixed type: directly installed on the ground/table, non movable, with high positioning accuracy, suitable for fixed-point workstations such as production lines and storage unloading ports.

2. Divided by lifting structure

Scissor type: It adopts a scissor arm support structure, with smooth lifting and strong load-bearing capacity, and is the most widely used type in the industrial field.

Guided rail type: By coordinating the guide rail and chain for lifting, the lifting height is higher (up to 20 meters or more), occupying less space and suitable for high-altitude maintenance scenarios.

Mast column: Supported by a single or double mast, it has a lightweight structure and can operate in narrow spaces. It is commonly used for indoor equipment maintenance and cleaning.

Working Principle

1. Remote control command transmission

The operator sends commands such as lifting and stopping through a wireless remote control, and the built-in signal transmitter of the remote control converts the commands into high-frequency radio signals, which are transmitted to the signal receiver on the platform. After decoding the received signal, the receiver transmits it to the main control system (PLC) of the platform, triggering the next action command.

2. Hydraulic power supply

After receiving the command, the main control system starts the power unit (electric motor or internal combustion engine) to drive the hydraulic oil pump to operate. The oil pump sucks in and pressurizes the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank, forming high-pressure oil, and then controls the flow direction of the oil through an electromagnetic directional valve to provide power for the lifting action.

3. Mechanical structure lifting execution

Rising action: The electromagnetic directional valve switches to the "rising" oil circuit, and high-pressure oil is pumped into the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, pushing the piston upward. The thrust of the piston drives the support structures such as the scissor arm, mast, or guide rail to unfold, thereby lifting the platform to achieve vertical ascent.

Descent action: The electromagnetic directional valve switches to the "descent" oil circuit, and the high-pressure oil in the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the throttle valve. The piston slowly moves downwards under the weight of the platform and the load, driving the support structure to contract and achieve a smooth descent of the platform.

4. Security protection linkage

During the operation of the system, components such as pressure sensors and travel switches monitor real-time parameters such as pressure and lifting height. When there are abnormal situations such as overload (pressure exceeding the standard), overtravel (height exceeding the standard), or power outage, the main control system will immediately cut off the power and trigger the hydraulic lock locking oil circuit to prevent the platform from accidentally falling; At the same time, the emergency braking device is activated to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
