Working Principle
1. Positioning: Unlock the three-fold limit lock of the equipment, then unfold the three main beams one by one until they are fully extended and automatically locked in place; lower the support frame, adjust the height of the frame to ensure it lands firmly on the ground, and simultaneously lock the moving wheel set to ensure the equipment is stable in contact with the ground without slipping.
2. Height adjustment: Operate the hydraulic pump (either manually pressing or electrically starting), inject hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder extends, and lift one end of the main beam to achieve height increase; according to the height of the truck bed, precisely adjust it to be level with the bottom plate of the truck bed, the relief valve monitors the pressure in real time to prevent overpressure movement; after adjustment, the hydraulic system maintains pressure to keep the main beam height stable.
3.
