Working Principle

1.Power supply

Using batteries as power sources to deliver electrical energy to motors; After the motor is started, it drives the hydraulic pump to operate, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy of the hydraulic pump and providing power for the entire system.

2. Hydraulic transmission

The hydraulic pump extracts hydraulic oil from the oil tank and pressurizes it to form high-pressure oil, which is transported to the control valve group through pipelines.

Rising: Operate the rising button, switch the direction valve, inject high-pressure oil into the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, and push the piston rod outward;

Descent: Operate the descent button, switch the direction valve, the oil in the cylinder flows back to the oil tank, and the piston rod slowly retracts under the weight of the platform or load;The overflow valve monitors the system pressure in real-time and automatically releases pressure when it exceeds the set value to avoid overloading and damage to hydraulic components.

3. Mechanical lifting

The hydraulic cylinder piston rod is hinged with the scissor arm, which is made of high-strength steel to form a diamond hinge structure.

When the piston rod extends, it pushes the hinge point of the scissor arm to expand outward, and the diamond shaped structure gradually unfolds, driving the top work platform to rise vertically;
