Working Principle
1.Hydraulic power-driven lifting: Relying on the output pressure of the hydraulic pump station to push the hydraulic cylinder to extend and contract, it drives the main frame of the bridge to achieve vertical height adjustment, precisely matching the height of different truck compartments. The hydraulic system is equipped with a built-in pressure stabilizing device to ensure a smooth lifting process without any jolts, and can precisely control the height even under heavy loads.
2. Mechanical linkage for folding and unfolding: Through the three-section articulated structure of the bridge body and the mechanical linkage of the connecting rod, combined with the hydraulic auxiliary thrust, the synchronous folding and unfolding of the bridge body are completed. After unfolding, a rigid working bridge deck is formed. After folding, it is fixed by mechanical clips to ensure the structural compactness during storage and movement.
3. At the same time, it is recommended to clean the salt stains on the surface of the equipment and reapply the anti-corrosion coating every month, which can effectively extend the service life of the equipment in high salt spray environments.
2.Will the hydraulic system experience jamming when the equipment operates in a low-temperature environment?
