Working Principle


1.The principle of hydraulic lifting drive: Through manual/electric hydraulic pumps, hydraulic oil is pressurized and delivered to the main cylinder, driving the cylinder to extend and contract to achieve stepless lifting of the bridge platform. Combined with the one-way valve locking the oil circuit, the height of the platform is precisely fixed to achieve seamless connection with the truck body. The anti-settlement structure prevents the platform from falling under heavy load. 

2. Overall load-bearing force principle: It adopts an integrated fully welded rigid structure. The platform surface, main beam and support frame form an integrated force system. The pressure of the goods and forklifts is evenly transmitted to the main beam through the thickened platform surface, and then distributed to the ground through multiple sets of reinforced support legs. There are no weak points at the joints, ensuring that the bridge body does not deform or shake during heavy-load operations. 

3. FAQ

1.Question: When using hydraulic lifting, the lifting speed of the platform surface is uneven, with one side being fast and the other slow. How should this be handled? 

Response: First, check whether the oil intake of the hydraulic cylinders on both sides is consistent, and clean the debris on the oil circuit filter screen to prevent blockage. Recalibrate the oil cylinder fixing bracket, correct slightly deformed installation positions. If the oil cylinder sealing ring ages and causes uneven oil supply, replace it with a sealing ring of the same specification to ensure synchronous oil supply in the oil circuit and smooth lifting of the table surface.

2.Question: After heavy-load operation, the bridge platform surface shows slight deflection deformation, which affects the subsequent docking accuracy. How can this problem be solved? 

Response: First, reset the tabletop to a level position and check if the main beam has undergone plastic deformation due to overloading. Minor deformations can be corrected by cold calibration with professional equipment. If the wall thickness of the main beam is insufficient, a reinforced crossbeam should be installed to enhance the overall rigidity. Subsequent operations must strictly follow the rated load standard to avoid overloading.

3.Question: When the equipment is moving, the wheel set wears out severely and is prone to getting stuck on rough ground. How should this be handled? 

Response: Replace the thickened and wear-resistant solid rubber wheels and install sand and dust covers on the wheel axles to reduce impurity wear. To meet the requirements of rough ground operations, large-diameter widened wheel sets can be installed, or anti-slip steel plates can be laid on the operation ground to distribute the pressure on the wheel sets, prevent the wheels from getting stuck and reduce the wear rate at the same time

4.Question: After long-term use, the oil output of the hydraulic pump is weak and the lifting stroke of the table surface cannot reach the rated height. What could be the reason? 

Response: The main issues are wear of internal parts of the hydraulic pump, deterioration of the hydraulic oil, or dust entering the oil tank. First, replace it with anti-wear hydraulic oil that meets the specifications and clean the oil tank. Disassemble the hydraulic pump to inspect the vulnerable parts such as the plunger and sealing ring. If the wear is severe, replace the parts. After assembly, exhaust and debug to restore the oil pressure at the pump body.

5.Question: There is still slight shaking after the support legs are tightened during operation, and the adaptation effect to uneven ground is poor. How can this be solved? 

Response: First, replace the support legs with thickened anti-slip foot pads to increase the contact area with the ground. If the leveling screw of the support leg is stripped, replace it with a high-strength leveling screw and install an anti-loosening nut. For severely uneven ground, steel plates or pads can be laid under the foot pads of the support legs to ensure that the support legs are fully in contact and have no loose connections.
